Below are the current session fees for Telehealth therapy, Medicare rebates, NDIS funding, and workplace support.

Initial Consultation
$260
Ongoing Sessions
$245
All sessions are delivered via Telehealth.
Medicare Rebates
Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or Eating Disorder Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, reducing out-of-pocket costs for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Private Fees
For clients without a rebate plan, the ongoing session fee is $245. Private clients are encouraged to check with their private health fund for possible rebates on these sessions.
NDIS Funding
NDIS funding is accepted for self-managed and plan-managed participants, where psychological therapy is included in the participant’s plan and aligns with their individual goals.
Workplace and EAP
Sessions may be available through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) where Beyond Purpose Therapy is an approved provider.

After Your Medicare Sessions
Once you have used your Medicare-subsidised sessions for the year, you are welcome to continue therapy privately at the standard session fees listed above.
Some clients choose to pause until their plan renews, while others continue privately to maintain consistency and support.
You may also be able to claim sessions through private health insurance, depending on your level of cover.
