Medicare

Rebates

Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or Eating Disorder Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate, reducing out-of-pocket costs for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private

Fees

For clients without a rebate plan, the ongoing session fee is $245. Private clients are encouraged to check with their private health fund for possible rebates on these sessions.

Extended EMDR

A specialised, longer session designed to support deep processing and integration. $350 per 90 minutes.

Employee Assistance Program EAP

We offer EAP sessions for workplaces that cover the cost of counseling services for their employees. Additionally, EAP presentations are available for workplaces seeking mental health support and wellbeing presentations tailored to their team’s needs.

What happens when I finish my 10 Medicare sessions?

Once you have used your 10 Medicare-subsidised sessions for the year, you’re welcome to continue therapy privately at my standard fee of $245 per 50-minute session (or $350 for EMDR).

Some clients choose to pause until their plan renews, while others continue privately to maintain consistency in their progress. You may also be able to claim through private health insurance or access therapy through your workplace’s EAP program if available.
